Are Ghosts Real? Ex Witch Shares Truth

ghostsWhen I was growing up, the whole idea of ghosts was terrifying to me.  As a child, I was told that the ghost of my grandfather haunted our family home. I never saw anything, but I definitely felt strange things while I lived there that scared me. I was deathly afraid of the dark and the things that lurked within it; such as ghosts and the Boogie Man. I remember playing tag in the dark hallways of my cousins home and feeling certain that something was going to snatch me up and steal me away.

Ghosts have always been a popular theme in movies and television, and as I grew older I heard many stories about people who had encountered ghosts. I became fascinated with the idea of them and I even had a slight obsession with ghost hunting shows for a season. I had never actually seen a ghost but I believed they were real and I was on the fence between wanting to see evidence and terrified.

The concept of ghosts is difficult to deny, as it seems there are stories of ghostly encounters all over the world. Many people hold the same type of fascination with death, ghosts, and otherworldly things. Some people find comfort in the idea of ghosts, thinking that the ones they love are nearby, while others really have an attraction to anything related to death. For me, my connections to the occult and attraction to death were what brought about my fascination with ghosts.

But he who fails to find me injures himself; all who hate me love death.

Proverbs 8:36

Once I became a Christian and started learning about demons, my thoughts on ghosts changed. I was under the belief that ghosts could not possibly be real, but instead they were demons in disguise. While it can be true that demons can impersonate the dead, there is much more to the phenomena. It was not until months into my inner healing sessions that Jesus began to reveal some important truths to me that I never thought were possible before.

As a survivor of ritual abuse I face daily struggles. Being a part of the occult for my whole life has left a whole mess of entanglement in my soul that I am weekly working through with the help of the Holy Spirit. I face all types of witchcraft attack, astral rituals, trauma triggers and so much more. With each session I have to attempt to tackle these different things going on not only inside of me, but coming at me.

In one of my inner healing sessions I was dealing with a particularly trying problem that had been plaguing me and when Jesus began steering me into the direction of what it was, He began to show me that it was indeed a relative that was deceased. This was extremely upsetting and confusing. How could my dead relative be harassing me if they are dead? I knew that when you die you go to either heaven or hell. So how can a dead person harass me?

It was a question that was going to take time to understand. Coming to the realization that my dead relative was harassing me was more than I could deal with at one time. Over a course of weeks and months I slowly began to understand the attack that was allowed to come at me from a deceased relative. Some people, while they are alive, make a pact with death. This pact or covenant allows the person to die and not move on to judgement or to heaven or hell.

You boast, “We have struck a bargain to cheat death and have made a deal to dodge the grave. The coming destruction can never touch us, for we have built a strong refuge made of lies and deception.”

Isaiah 28:15

Instead this pact allows their human soul to remain in the second heaven, and use astral travel as a means to go to and from the earth and second heaven. Why would a person want their soul to remain here instead of moving on? Surely going to heaven would be a much better option, than roaming to and fro about the earth or second heaven. Well for these particular individuals, there are a couple of different reasons they would make this choice.

For one thing, no one willing chooses to become evil or make pacts with the devil. They only do so out of either complete deception or being tortured by the evil of demonic devices for so long that evil becomes ingrained in the core of who they are. It takes years and years and years of evil being poured out into a person for them to chose evil. And even then, I’m not sure how much of their free will is actually involved in the choice. A person only needs a fragment of their free will to make a choice, and the demonic inside of them can push that part of their free will into choosing it.

Another reason a person might choose to make this pact with death is because they want to have the right to stay and ensure the heritage they have worked so hard for stays intact. For instance, if a person has been indoctrinated into a faith that requires them to give up their soul and the rights to their entire blood line, then that is a huge sacrifice on their part. They are promised power, authority, blessing, wealth, and much more.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs. 1 Timothy 6:10

This power and blessing is to be passed on, from generation to generation, from oldest child (usually son) to oldest child through the blood line. Every oldest child of the generation will become the patriarch or matriarch of the family, wielding power and authority over the other members. This can look different for every family. For some families it can be a controlling father or an overbearing mother, dominating the family, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

The person that wields this control has given up so much to have it they are unwilling to see it end with them. So they make a pact with the devil to give them the ability to stay in a sort of limbo instead of moving on to heaven or hell. So their soul then has the ability to astral travel back and forth from the second heaven to our world and cause all kinds of problems in our lives. The generational blood rights give legal access into our very beings, that way the deceased soul has the ability to try to keep us in this legacy they have sacrificed for.

When a spirit of the deceased is harassing someone, it can come in different forms. It is witchcraft and witchcraft is meant to control, manipulate, or bind a person. Here is a list of ways witchcraft can affect us. For some of us, the idea that a person would cling this desperately to trying to exert control over the living seems ridiculous. However, in life, a person that decides to do this has been manipulated and strong armed by the devil into believing this is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, no sane person would chose this.

Thus says the Lord:
“Cursed is the man who trusts in man
    and makes flesh his strength,
whose heart turns away from the Lord.

Jeremiah 17:5

To my knowledge we do not see these spirits of the deceased. So when we think of seeing ghostly apparitions, it is most likely demonic spirits. Demonic spirits will try to communicate with humans, move objects, use Ouija boards or mediums to communicate and things that we typically think of when we think of ghosts. Demons are disembodied spirits, so it would make sense that the traditional idea of ghosts comes from the work these demons do.

Spirits of the deceased want to remain a secret. They do not want to be caught and have it known that they are indeed wreaking havoc here after their apparent death. This would cause huge problems for them, because if we knew what they were doing, we would have the power to stop it from happening. It is much easier on them if we believe that ghosts are simply demons harassing us, and completely ignore the evil of these deceased souls.

A person who makes this covenant is not a saved person. You cannot die and have your soul remain and be saved. You have committed your soul to the devil, and you will go to hell. For some, the idea that this is real is terrifying at best. No one wants to believe that a deceased relative has any influence over their lives. It sounds like something that is far too evil to be real. The problem is, that is exactly what Satan is counting on.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

Hosea 4:6

Satan does not want anyone to know this is happening, right here and right now. It happens as commonly as any other witchcraft attack or demonic attack. For most people, it will not even come into their scope of reality. They will continue to be harassed and never know why. Satan can continue to have his way in this world as long as we remain ignorant. He has so many devices against us that we refuse to see, because we cannot see the bigger scope of things the way God does.

When God looks at the attack of the devil, all He sees is a tiny little ant, leading a tiny little army of ants. Then ants march and march, trying to invade our lives, but the best they can do is be a huge pest and take up residence in a small area. The devil thinks he is big and bad, but compared to God, Satan is nothing but a tiny pest.

When God looks at us when we are under attack, He sees opportunity. God knows the power and authority we were called to walk in. He knows the call and purpose we have on our lives. God sees everything we are, everything we have ever been through, and everything He is doing for us in that very moment. The devil might distract us, but he cannot stop the awesome power of God over our lives.

So when we step into God’s presence and ask Him to give us a glimpse of what He sees, things from a heavenly perspective; we won’t be over run by fear of what the devil is doing. Instead we will become eager to learn more about the enemy and how is trying to thwart our purpose and call in this world. That way we will know how to pray and protect ourselves. We will be ready and willing to fight, instead of running and hiding from the big bad world.

The devil is never going to win. No matter how evil he is. Evil cannot win. It’s not even possible. So let us take our fears and questions before the One True Living God, the God that created the devil and has defeated him, and let Him guide us, teach us, and grow us, into the strong and mighty warriors we are called to be.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Is Easter Satanic? Ex Witch Reveals The Truth

I have celebrated Easter my entire life. The family traditions of Easter baskets filled with candy and toys were something I looked forward to every year as a child. As I got older and began having children of my own, I relished in starting my own family traditions. When my kids were old enough I would help them dye boiled eggs and I would carefully pick out special treats and toys to fill up their Easter baskets. I would even hide plastic eggs filled with candy in the yard, and tell my kids the Easter Bunny put them there. I would watch with joy as my kids ran around looking for their hidden treasure.

I can’t ever say that Easter was about Jesus during all these years. Not until my first year as a Christian, when I started to understand who Jesus Christ was and what His death and resurrection meant for me. The church I was a member of celebrated Lent and all of Holy Week with great festivities. On Ash Wednesday I would take my children to receive the ashes on our foreheads in a solemn service and on Palm Sunday the entire kids ministry would dress up and carry palm branches in a triumphant parade through the sanctuary.

I would sing with the choir and remember everything that Jesus had done for us. I would rejoice and cry, knowing what a wonderful Savior I had. It was a big change for me from so many years of celebrating a holiday in which I had no idea what it was for. It was a chance to be thankful for the life that Jesus Christ died to give me: a life redeemed.

According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

1 Peter 1:3

However as I began to dive deeply into my inner healing I began to learn some deep and painful truths about my life. I was a victim of Satanic ritual abuse for my entire life. In Satanism they have many days where they hold rituals to mark special days and seasons, as well as many other things. They do terrible things to people, including sacrificial murder and blood letting. These are terrible things that no one wants to think about or believe are real. Yet they are.

As I began to learn more about the things that had happened to me in these terrible rituals, I also began to understand how many of these rituals coincided with holidays I had celebrated my whole life. Such as Halloween and Easter. As a survivor of this terrible trauma, you begin to see days where the world sees nothing but fun, as days that are filled with terror and suffering. I may not be that victim anymore, but there are still so many who are.

Holy Week is a very important time for the Christian and Catholic communities. It is a time where believers in Christ can come together in unity and remember Jesus last days, and honor Him for His work on the cross. It all ends with a time of rejoicing on Easter Sunday, where we unite in rejoicing for our salvation in Christ. However, it is also a time where Satan uses people to celebrate acts of death and sacrifice for his purposes. The days observed by Christians to remember Christ sacrifice are days used by Satanists to perform human sacrifices.

Why is it important we know this? How does this really affect the average Christian in their every day walk with Christ? While it may seem unimportant to most, the fact of the matter is that it should be of the utmost importance to us, because it’s something that weighs deeply on the Father’s heart. While we are carrying on our traditions of man in the way that we see fit, Satan has used it as a perversion to steal the lives of the innocent. For this we should be very concerned.

See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.

Colossians 2:8

How many times have you wondered where we get our Christian traditions surrounding Easter? Have you ever questioned why you fill a basket with treats for your children or why you decorate your home with colorful eggs and bunnies? So many of us, like myself, have had these traditions handed down to us for generations, and because we see everyone else we know doing the same types of things, we never once question what we are doing. We love our traditions because they bring us comfort and joy. The problem is we as a people group have learned to derive our comfort and joy from traditions, and not God.

I do not believe God is angry at us for following the ways of a pagan world in celebrating His great and glorious works. God is not a legalist and He understands that we have walked in ignorance. Yet God does want us to stop and ask questions about what we are celebrating and where it came from. He wants us to no longer be ignorant and do things blindly, but to start looking to our Father for the truth and for His will in this matter.

Easter is a holiday that was first celebrated by the first Christians as Passover. After the Exodus of Israel from Egypt, where they were enslaved for hundreds of years, God commanded His people to observe a new festival. The feast of Passover was to remind God’s children of the freedom they received at the hands of their Father. The early church recognized that Passover became a new covenant with God’s people to be a time where we are to commemorate Jesus as the Passover lamb.

As time went on and many pagans came into salvation through Christ, they began to bring in the traditions they carried with them for generations. Traditions of celebrating new life, rebirth, fertility and the spring equinox fit in perfectly with the idea of the death and resurrection of Christ. As the early church began to explode with new converts, Christians could’t help but adapt their pagan ways to their new Christian beliefs.

Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.  Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

1 Corinthians 5:7-8

In early 300 A.D., Christianity moved from a persecuted religion to an accepted and legal religion. The First Council of Nicaea was born to bring uniformity to Christian doctrine. One of it’s acts was to bring more stability to the date that the church celebrated the Resurrection by setting it on a Sunday. Previously, most of the church was celebrating the Resurrection during the Passover, but there had already been some sects that were diverging from this tradition according to changing doctrines. The date of Passover could land on any day of the week according to the Jewish calendar, and Christians wanted to be independent from the Jewish community, establishing their own rites and traditions.

So it was ruled that the new date of Easter would be celebrated on the first Sunday after the Paschal (Passover) full moon, that way Easter would usually fall after the date of Passover. The Paschal full moon is the first full moon after the Spring Equinox, which occurs on either the 14th or 15th of Nisan or Passover and often Easter is the very next day.

During this same time of year, the pagans (technically non Christians) celebrate the Spring Equinox . Since ancient times people have celebrated according to the seasons of the earth. Spring was an important time of celebration because it was a time where the earth began to wake up after a long sleep. Food had become scarce after long winters and now the sun was beginning to stay out longer, bringing warmth and light. With the awakening of the earth, it meant more food and time for hunting and gathering for the people.

Celebrating spring naturally aligned with the deities that represented the spring. Deities for new life, fertility, birth and rebirth, renewal and the coming of new light. Traditions included rituals meant to honor these deities to bring about favor and blessing on the people. Little did these people groups know that their rituals were actually honoring demons and nephilim who were able to appear to man and work what looked like miracles, affecting change in their lives.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools  and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

Romans 1:21-23

These so called deities could appear as beautiful or terrifying, killing crops or bestowing what looked like good fortune on the land, influencing the people to worship them. Rituals often included sexual perversions such as orgies and sodomy,as well as dedication of children to these deities for sexual purposes. Elaborate community rituals were common place in ancient times and in the Bible the goddess Ashtoreth or Asherah is frequently mentioned. Ashtoreth was a fertility goddess and the consort of Molech, the god of child sacrifice.

As time went on many religions brought in their fertility symbols. During the Anglo Saxon era, Ostara became the goddess that was celebrated in the spring. Using symbols of eggs for fertitlity and new life, this day brought forth traditions of decorating eggs as a symbol of prosperity and abundance. Ostara has many myths surrounding her that link her with the hare. Some myths have this goddess depicted with the head of a hare or as a hare, and other myths depicted the hare as her favorite animal, which would lay eggs.

Over time traditions evolved to include the Easter Bunny and Easter baskets full of candy. The traditions came in to America with immigrants in the 17th century, turning Easter in to what we now know. With the symbolism of new life and renewal of the spring, it was easy to combine with the traditions of the Resurrection of Christ. The church welcomed this amalgamation of paganism and Christianity, as it made converts feel more comfortable.

For I desire steadfast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

Hosea 6:6

The pagan traditions of ritualistic sex and child dedication are still alive today. Many traditions and sects call it Ostara today, and all of these rituals, whether they are sexual in nature or not, are in honor of the demonic deities that they have been worshiping for centuries. Whatever name the goddess has, it is still a demonic entity, and a celebration of witchcraft and satanism. While most pagans who celebrate these spring festivals do not believe they are in alignment with evil in any way, you cannot separate the two.

Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday are Satanic ritual days. They are days where death, blood letting, and human sacrifice are ritualized in satanic celebrations. Real people in America and all over the world are being harmed in this depraved and inhumane rituals; adults and children alike. While Christians are flocking to church to celebrate the death and resurrection of Christ, hundreds, if not thousands of innocents are being defiled.

easterDoes that make it wrong to celebrate Easter or the Resurrection of Christ? Does that mean a Christian who celebrates Easter is going to be condemned by God? Absolutely not. God understands that we as Christians have been walking in complete ignorance and training from the world. We have grown up celebrating Easter with traditions that have been handed down through our families, year after year. We have as innocent babes grown to love the goodness and joy of what we see in these traditions. God does not condemn us for our ignorance.

The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent, because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”

Acts 17:30

However, we cannot continue to be lead astray by the traditions of man, which were taught to us by demons. We have to allow ourselves to be humble enough to see that we cannot take satanic rituals and symbols and use them to honor Christ. We have done so out of ignorance in the past, and now it is time to take a stand for God’s truth. We honor Christ not with our traditions, but with full surrender and sacrifice of our lives to Him.

Our God and Father is not honored by superficial sacrifices. There is not Christ in eggs and bunnies and man made dates set aside out of convenience and independence from God’s appointed feast days. We need to turn our faces back to the Father in repentance and allow Him to teach us His ways. Our Father is a kind and loving Father. He understands the difficulty of a huge separation like removing Easter traditions from our lives. He is patient and slow to anger. He will lead us and guide us, day by day and year by year, in His appointed festivals and how they are to be recognized.

This is not a call to stop celebrating Easter. This is a call of repentance of a great falling away. It was not started by us, but by many generations before us. This is our time to come before the Father and repent on behalf of our ancestors, so we can move forward in teaching our children the ways of Christ and not man. It is the job of each of us to grow into completion and maturity, through testing our faith and petitioning God for His wisdom and knowledge.

God loves each one of us dearly. There is no condemnation in Christ. We have been grafted int as a Royal Priesthood of Saints. We need to focus our eyes on Christ and allow Him to lead us in everything we do, remembering His love and complete devotion to us. If Christ was willing to sacrifice everything for us, then He deserves all of our honor and glory and praise. He is ever loyal to us, so let us devote ourselves wholly to Him. It may take a life time for us to learn how, but it only takes a moment to decide to make the choice.

For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread,  and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”  In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”  For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

How To Overcome Witchcraft Attack

overcome witchcraftFinding out you are being attacked by witchcraft can be frightening and disturbing in many ways. It may make you feel victimized, or it may make you feel confused, because you don’t understand why you would be attacked in this way. I know when I first realized I was being attacked with witchcraft, I was extremely angry. All my anger was directed at the person or group of people who were attacking me, because I wanted no part in any of it. Not only that, but I felt that I was undeserving of attack, and there was no real reason I should be attacked.

It took me quite a while to work through all of the emotions that came with witchcraft attack, because for me, it is an almost daily attack. I really put myself out there with my ministry though, so I am more visible to a wider range of groups who might attack me. However, I had to sort through my feelings of anger and of being a helpless victim. I think it is important to understand what witchcraft is, and why people do it, before you can learn how to protect yourself from it. If you struggle with feelings of anger or even hatred towards those who are attacking you, you are actually more likely to also do witchcraft as well.

The devil uses witchcraft because it a sneaky and underhanded way to weaken us, cause us harm, or manipulate us. We do not know the facts about witchcraft, and we cannot physically see it, so it is easy to mistake it for many other things. Witchcraft can look like illness, pain from an injury, deep emotion, relationship problems, miscommunication, and many other every day problems we have. We don’t suspect interference of the devil in these common things. Yet that’s exactly what is happening.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

James 1:2-4

Many people who do witchcraft do not even realize they are doing it. They are attacking us but don’t really realize the full extent of the power behind what they are doing. Of course there are people who are trained in witchcraft and practice it intentionally, but there are many more who practice it in complete ignorance. Therefore, learning forgiveness and compassion are big steps to overcome witchcraft.

Witchcraft attack is a wonderful way to learn more about yourself and to deepen your relationship with Jesus. It teaches us about the truth of our own hearts, and where we stand in our relationship with Jesus. It helps us to see where we have allowed connections with the occult in, and have rebelled against God. These are not bad things! These are things that God will use to strengthen us and bring us into alignment with His will. He works all things for our good. All things.

In order to know you are being attacked by witchcraft, it is very important to work on your connection and intimacy with God. We want all of our understanding and revelation to come from the Holy Spirit, and no other source. If we are not connected in intimacy with Jesus then it is going to be hard to have discernment about what is going on around is. Sometimes we have to hear hard things and unless we are grounded in His love, we may be unwilling to hear them.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.  Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

James 4:7-8

Often times witchcraft attack comes from those we know and even love. This makes it very hard to hear the truth. No one wants to hear that people they interact with daily, or even family members, are doing witchcraft on us. It is much easier to think that it is someone who we can make out to be evil or bad that is attacking us. The truth is, we need to understand why the attack is coming and who it is coming from in order to really get to the root of the issue.

Witchcraft is never random. It also has specific purpose and intent. So the witchcraft is not coming against us because we are in the wrong place at the wrong time, but most likely because someone wants to either punish us, weaken us, or manipulate us. Why would those around us want to do such terrible things to us? That is why we have to be firmly grounded in the love of God with that deep intimacy. We need to know how great and deep His love is for us so we can be strong enough to hear the truth.

Without the love of God, we cannot understand how to overcome witchcraft. We will be paralyzed with fear or worse, with denial. We will not be able to discern when it is happening or why. We will be filled with blame and judgement towards others. Only God has the answers to the questions we have, and only God can give us real, viable solutions. Love is the ultimate power to overcome witchcraft, and without it we are not in alignment with God.

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Colossians 3:14

While it is important to bless those who curse us and pray for those who persecute us, there are situations where situations and people are harmful for us. I have had to separate myself from an entire church, where I was deeply entrenched. All of my friends and social life was at this church. However, the amount of witchcraft and astral rituals being done on me and my family was unbearable. I could no longer deny it was happening. Leaving the church did not stop it either. I have been working on disconnecting from this church for many months now, cutting off all ties in every way God has shown me. It has been a long and painful process for me, that I am still working through.

Even though it was difficult for me to see the truth about the attack coming against me from my home church, it was very important for me to know. I could have stayed in bondage to this place, which would have kept my children in bondage, possibly for a lifetime. Yet because I was willing to see it, I have been able to see where I too have made agreements with these things. Even though I didn’t realize there was a secret church within a church on a conscious level, on a spiritual level I knew, and agreed with what was happening. That agreement brought me into alignment with the Kingdom of Darkness, not God’s will.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Romans 1:21

I have gotten to many levels of freedom because I was willing to let God show me hard truths. The truth always has an impact on who we are and what we believe. It is intimately connected and intertwined together. So when we believe the lies of the devil and accept them as truth, we are intertwining our lives with those instead of God. That does not mean we do not love God or follow Jesus. It just means that we need to be willing to look deeper into our hearts and see what we have refused to see.

Learning how to overcome witchcraft is a process and a journey. It will take time to work through it, but as long as we let Jesus lead us, we will overcome witchcraft and the strongholds it has in our lives. In the meantime, while we are on this journey, we can use prayer to help us stop the witchcraft attack or it’s effects. This is not going to stop witchcraft from coming again. Only allowing Jesus to show us where we have agreed with witchcraft attack, and freeing ourselves from strongholds, is going to truly make a lasting impact to overcome witchcraft.

Here I have written a prayer to break witchcraft happening over you. I am happy to be able to share this prayer with you, as it was written specifically for my readers by the Lord Jesus.

Binding Witchcraft

Lord Jesus, the True and Living Son of God, who came in the flesh and was crucified for the sins of the world, I give you my heart, body, mind and soul. Please align every part of me with the Spirit of God Most High. On behalf of myself and my family, I repent of the sins of idolatry, sorcery, jealousy, strife, fits of anger, dissension, division, and rebellion against you God. You alone are my God, and I will have no other Gods before me.

In the name of Jesus I break the power of all witchcraft, spells, incantations, hexes, curses, and voodoo coming against me, my family, my ministry and my spiritual gifts. I bind every servant of the kingdom of darkness released through these words and rituals and command them to the feet of Jesus Christ.

May every weapon formed against me be disarmed and it’s power rendered null and void. May every assignment against me, my family and ministry be cancelled in the name of Jesus Christ, with no transference of power. I bind every spirit of retaliation, revenge, punishment and backlash from coming against me, my family and ministry and command them to the feet of Jesus Christ.

I renounce all ties to witchcraft, Satanism, Lucifarianism, the Illuminati, Free Masonry, (list any other groups you have ties too), and to Lucifer himself. I forgive myself for any participation with these, and commend my soul and spirit to the Lord Jesus Christ and no other spirit. I pledge myself and my life to serve only Jesus Christ, and no other gods.

I ask Jesus to remove all human spirits and cloak every portal that human spirits use to access my being until it can be removed. I ask that God put my armor on and cleanse me with His blood, and be the barrier between the kingdom of darkness and myself. I ask that Jesus bless every person coming against me or my family and ministry right now, engulfing them in His love and truth.

Holy Spirit, please fill every part of my being with your truth and love. I trust you God, to be my protector, provider, and Father, in every area of my life. I pray all of this in Jesus name. Amen.

The Effects of Witchcraft Attack

witchcraft attackWitchcraft is very deceptive and can manifest itself in our lives in many ways. The enemy uses witchcraft attack to either weaken us, or to bring us into alignment with his kingdom. Each type of witchcraft has a specific purpose and intent. It could be to hinder your walk with God, and the call He has on your life. It could be to weaken your ministry or tear apart your family. It could be to keep you physically weak and distracted, depressed or hopeless. The end game of witchcraft is always to steal, kill and destroy.

Witchcraft can come from different sources. It can come from people who are using their will and intent to cause you harm, or it can come from someone astral traveling to your location to do witchcraft on you. Anyone can do witchcraft, and it is not limited to only witches, etc. Witchcraft is also not limited to the living, but also the souls of the dead who have made a pact with Satan can use astral travel to harass the living with witchcraft.

Witchcraft attack often targets areas that should be protected by the Armor of God. The Armor of God consists of seven pieces, which is the number of completion. Each piece correlates with areas of weakness where we are vulnerable to attack from Satan. Here I have given a brief overview on the Armor, but I will go more in depth into it in a future post.

The Helmet of Salvation protects our belief systems, how we see the world, our mind, including how we think and judge things around us.

The Breastplate of Righteousness protects our heart, will, mind and emotions.

The Belt of Truth protects our thoughts and our self control. It holds the armor together.

The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace protect our relationships, our interactions with self and with others.

The Sword of the Spirit protects our relationship with God, including our worship, praise, scripture reading & understanding and praying.

The Shield of Faith protects our spirit and our spiritual self.

Praying in the Spirit activates our armor and brings us to completeness, as well as heightens our awareness of the Spirit.

Rebellion & Witchcraft: The Enemy Of Our Soul

rebellionWhen I first came to Christ, almost four years ago, I firmly believed witchcraft was a part of my past. I had not, to my knowledge, practiced any witchcraft in years. I was no longer in rebellion to God, but full submission. From what I understood about witchcraft, it was being at the altar, chanting spells or performing rituals. It was an act of worship to the gods and goddesses, that required specific items, words, movements, etc. What I did not understand was that is only a small part of what witchcraft actually is.

It took me two years of being a Christian to come to the reality that I was indeed still doing witchcraft. I absolutely had no idea. How can a person do witchcraft and not even know? How is that even possible? It is possible, because we remain ignorant about the truth of what witchcraft is. The devil would have us believe that witchcraft belongs in fairy tales and movies, or among people who have never entered our own realities. However, that is exactly why we are so ignorant of the truth.

Witchcraft is many things, but primarily it is very simply, rebellion against God. This means that absolutely anybody can do witchcraft. It is merely a choice, an act of free will, that has nothing to do with being a witch, altars, or rituals. When I first realized this bit of information, it completely rocked my world. Not in a good way. Honestly, it scared the living daylights out of me. I had thought I was doing good as a Christian. The truth is, I was doing really well! I had been on a journey to give my whole self to God. And I was doing just that. If I had not been, I would never have been able to face the truth, that I was in fact doing witchcraft.

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft,
And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
Because you have rejected the word of the Lord,
He also has rejected you from being king.”

1 Samuel 15:23

For me, witchcraft was something I was taught at a very young age. So it came very naturally to me. This is the case for many people as well. When you are raised in an environment where witchcraft is already practiced and encouraged, it becomes a part of who you are, without you realizing it’s ever there. In my case, my family was actively in the occult. Witchcraft was like breathing to me. However, I had no idea that my family taught me to do witchcraft, and neither do many others like me.

Witchcraft is very encouraged in our world today. With the popularity of things such as yoga, witchcraft in TV and movies, and many New Age practices becoming mainstream, we are surrounded by witchcraft and it has become normal to us. We don’t even blink an eye when we see the popularity of zombies and Lucifer on TV. There so few kids shows that don’t have magic in it, it astounds me. We hand feed witchcraft to our kids, as if it were as harmless as a snowflake.

The reason we cannot see this witchcraft all around us, is because we have already made agreements with it in our lives, and in our hearts. Yet we refuse to see this as truth, because we believe the truth is so ugly, so scary, that if we look at it, we will surely die. That is exactly what the devil would have us believe. The truth is, if we look at the truth that lies in our hearts, the truth that we have placed ourselves on the throne instead of God, then we would actually be set free.

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

John 8:32

We are being held captive by these lies. Satan has spun a tale that witchcraft is evil, and if we are doing it, we are too evil. And if we are evil, then we can have nothing to do with God. So we hide the blackness of our souls as deep as we can, so that no one can see them. Not even us. The problem with that, is it is still there. The fact that it is hidden only causes us to live out a life of lies. We tell ourselves that God is on the throne of our hearts, when really, we never even opened up the door to Him.

I have learned some amazing truths about God by opening my heart to Him and allowing Him in to these hidden places inside. I have learned that no matter what I have done, no matter how evil I believed I was, God does not hate me. God does not look down on me. I am not evil at all. I am good. All of the witchcraft that I was participating in was out of pain, denial, ignorance, self hate. It was not because I willfully wanted to rebel against God. I only chose to rebel against God because I believed I had too. I did not see a better alternative.

That is why most people chose to do witchcraft. Not because they are evil or bad. God loves every one of us. No matter what. There is nothing one person can do that can separate them from the love of God. It is not possible. What we can do instead, is stop hiding. I have had to renounce being my own God many times. At first I admit, I was completely ashamed. How could i have built up high places to worship myself and not even realize I was doing it? How could I be so terrible, when I loved my God so very much?

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

1 Corinthians 10:13

Yet time and time again, my Father; my loving, wonderful, merciful, glorious Father, told me, ‘You are not evil. You are forgiven.” If you only repent for your rebellion, you will see how very easily God will forgive you. Just like the prodigal son that ran off with his inheritance, and meant to turn his back on his father once and for all. Yet when he finally realized how terribly he behaved, his father not only forgave him, but threw a celebration in honor of his return. That is the kind of Father that you and I have.

How can you know if you have been doing witchcraft? There are a few signs of things you can look for, but ultimately it is going to take bringing all of your heart to God and asking Him to reveal the secret things of your heart to you, so that He can bring them healing. It is not up to another person to handle such a delicate matter of the heart, but it’s a matter of developing that trust and loving relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ needs to be our everything. We were made for Him, and through Him. So without Him we are absolutely floundering. We are lost and depraved to the uttermost with Jesus. We just need to take it one step at a time. Even if it takes baby steps. There is no more patience in this world than the patience that God has for His children.

If you have been living a life on a roller coaster, always letting your emotions dictate you, then chances are you are doing witchcraft. Witchcraft is based on using our emotions and will to manipulate change around us. It affects other people, as well as circumstances. All it takes is the intentions of the heart to make send witchcraft out into the world.

If we have ever been involved in the occult, new age, religions that worship false gods and goddesses, or any sort of witchcraft whatsoever, then the chances are you are still doing witchcraft. If you have any parents, grandparents, or other family members, past or present, then the chances are we are doing witchcraft. Witchcraft is handed down generationally, through blood rights, as well as being taught directly to children.

As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.

Psalm 40:11-12

Witchcraft is rebellion. It is going against everything that God asks of us. It is allowing our emotions, desires, and will to dictate who we are and what we do. It hurts ourselves and those around us, affecting every generation after us. When we think evil thoughts about other people, or say terrible things to people, that is witchcraft. When we manipulate or control people, directly or indirectly, that is witchcraft. Witchcraft is an agreement with the devil to do his will instead of God’s.

Witchcraft originated in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve rebelled against God. They turned their backs on God because they wanted to shoot for autonomy from Him. They thought, if they could only know good and evil, they could indeed be like God. They learned that by listening to Satan, and partnering with him in that moment. That is what mankind has been doing for thousands of years. If we refuse to see the truth, we cannot be set free.

God is waiting to set you free from the bondage of your rebellion. You have to first make a choice. Do you want to put down that forbidden fruit and step down of God’s throne? Or do you want to put the blinders up and pretend that you can keep managing your life on your own. I know how hard it is. I have had to face these same fires. And oh how the fire burns. The fire also refines us, and leaves us renewed and ready to be molded into the most beautiful creation: the image of Jesus Christ.

God is inviting you today, to step away from the Tree and come into His presence instead. He is full of grace and mercy. He does not see your sin, nor does He think you are evil. He only sees you with the love of such infinite measure that we can barely even fathom to think of it. You are a Son/Daughter of the Most High. You need do nothing to earn it. It simply is. Let Jesus wash you in the river of Living Waters and nurture you on His Bread of Life, and see the majestic fruit that will grow from it.

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38-39
